There are no refunds for our sound disks due to the fact that one can copy our sounds. I agree that the soundsforsamplers sample/sound software files ordered, downloaded,emailed or sent to me from soundsforsamplers.com is for my own audio production/music or studio clients. I agree that I will never ever sell, give or trade sound kits produced or distributed by soundsforsamplers.com I understand that software piracy is a crime and any reproduction or altering and selling of soundsforsamplers.com sample software will be considered copyright infringement and pursued with legal action.
